PARIS: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi had an informal chat on the sidelines of UN Climate Change Summit in Paris.
The meeting lasted for two minutes, where both the leaders are said to have informal chat in a friendly atmosphere.
Without elaborating on what both the prime minister might have discussed during their brief encounter, Prime Minister’s Advisor on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz said the meeting was not preplanned.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will also hold a bilateral meeting with Afghan President Ashraf Ghani on Monday evening.
Later on, he will also have a trilateral meeting with Afghan President and British Prime Minister on the sidelines of Paris conference.
