Making a blog is easy and earning from a blog is not so easy. Google Adsense is the best way to make a smart passive income online but many new bloggers fail to do so. They even have an approved Adsense account but don’t know how to put ads in their blogger blog posts to show ads to a reader and generate some income.
However for new bloggers and beginners they struggle on a very common problem for how to put adsense ads inside blog posts in blogger. Since majority of new bloggers start from the CMS Blogger hosted by google , they struggle to understand it.
Today im going to show you how you can put your Adsense account ads inside your blog posts in blogger manually. This is a very easy guide and will be applicable and understandable to all newbies.
How to add ads in the middle of blog posts in Blogger :
Assuming that you have an Adsense account. If you don’t then this method will work for any type of ads that you want to insert on your blogspot blog. This is very easy method .
Please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Get your AdCode from Adsense , or from any other advertisement service that you are using.
Step 2: Now Go To Blogger and create a new post or edit a post where you want to paste your Adsense code inside the post. Suppose you create a new post and want to insert ads anywhere inside that post. As in the picture below.
Step 3: Now that you have written a paragraph and want an ad to view beneath it then go to HTML
Step 4: When in the html mode. You have to paste/insert your adcode you copied in the step 1 . This will be responsible for showing your advertisement in your article / post.
Step 5: Now return to Compose mode and complete your article post . Although at the time of editing you may not see your add but it will be displayed after you publish it.
After completing your post ,Publish it.
After publishing you can open that post and see if you see the ad. Dont click on the ad to check it. Adsense will ban you. If you see that it is displaying correctly than congrats. You have successfully inserted Adsense ad inside blog post in blogger. Give your self a cookie. If not then recheck the above test.
My Adsense Ad is not showing in Blogger Blog Posts ?
If you are facing the above problem then simply just go to html mode and check if the Adsense ad code has been correctly inserted in the post. If you have done everything correctly but you still cannot see the advertisement then its best to wait for an hour. Adsense ads can take up to an hour before being displayed.
So yeah you have to manually add Adsense ads inside blog posts in a blogspot.com everytime . There are other methods which involve editing templates but that does not work for every theme.
However in case of a self hosted word press you can simply install a plugin and do the above process rather than manually updating all posts with advertisements. So self hosted WordPress is always better.
